i dont think thats true at all since overtime weve seen noa waver on the "i only like him as a friend" deal, its part of the story at this point, i think no matter what we can only guess what a dream means... but consistently dreaming about your best friend in pervy situations feels completely on the nose, that onsen chapter dream felt even more ambiguous since she reacts in the dream while in reality she only opened her eyes for a second before falling asleep again
