Nah I think it’s a valid crashout. Rihito never forced his standing on others so that all the misunderstandings go away. He tells it off but he doesn’t force it down their throat out of occasion.

So anything Tachibana misunderstood is just something Rihito never looked into, and he will only bother to deny if confronted.
