I actually checked and yes, already by chapter 4 and 5 her design changes to a more "baby face" and starts to shows a lot more cleavage and short skirts. The design of the first chapter actually implies someone on her mid 20s that can pass for a competent professional, but then she suddenly starts to dress like a teenager.

Common case of flanderization, but this happens so early in the manga that I wonder if it was some suggestion by the editors.

In-lore she could be putting on weight due to all the alcohol they drink. Also she's turning 30 soon, so of course she's shrinking! She's the type to turn into a 3ft tall chibi granny when she's older!
