Nah he's right being a manager fucking sucks. You're rarely making more money compared to how much your workload múltiplies

I absolutely love this manga, considering it gets an anime there is also a really good chance that we could get an official translation of the manga that I can put on my shelf, I am so hyped.
If you just want to put it on the shelf, you could get the Japanese version.

I honestly can't picture their relationship changing that much from how it already is if they started dating
I think there are some more terrifying things they could do even if they dont date, imagine they start locking arms wherever they go, doing that sitting on your lap thing, the funniest rn would be if she finally manages to make him live with her somehow, terrifying indeed

If there's one thing that I give Noa credit for is encouraging Rihito to step out of his cumfort zone. Even their "friendship" is a farcry from the type of people Rihito has hung out with before. I think she has been good for his development in regards to his approach to work.

"I really do think you're suited for an M role".

Now, this idea that someone talented at their job has to become a manager/leader in some way or another in plain crap. And I say that as a manager myself: not everybody is suited to have an authority role. Also, managing can be very draining and even tiring, so a number of people in managing positions want to go back to having less responsibilities after some time… (@phil777)
:pout:

So, in order to advance, one has to become an 'S' or an 'M'? Am I reading that correctly? ^_^;
Wait... M role and S role?
Managing people at work isn’t that far from BDSM, to be fair…

Kizaki and Rihito looks good together :thumbsup:
FTFY bro.

WHY ARE YOU BLUE.
They’re green, though?

Curiously, people that usually DON'T wanna lead usually make good leaders. Mostly because they aren't motivated by power. They just don't want the responsability, and might just either ditch it altogether, or if they have the slightest integrity, will get the job done then leave.
