I don't know what Noa's style of clothing is called, but if she waits for a car at night in the city center, she might be detained by the police on suspicion of providing illegal services.

She very territorial. We've known this for several chapters that despite being Rhito's best friend she won't really settle for any woman being close to him because the friend pretence is a lie, fully on her side and less Rhito (although he willing to entertain her since she's done so much for him in his game dev career and personal)

It's funny because No matter what, Rhito isn't in pursuit of any romantics yet. So Noa's out there wildin while Rhito has to be the middle man because everyone finds it more fun seeing him do so.
