The fortune teller should've read their romantic compatibility instead. Maybe she already did, she just don't want to spoil us.
I mean she said only the friendship reading is doomed. The romance reading is probably good

There's also def some foreshadowing at the very beginning with the "if you two keep this up you'll both be ruined" because they'll be "ruined" as friends by actually becoming an item. At least that's what I choose to believe lol
I read it as "you're not the most compatible friends, if you stay as friends for too long itll lead to ruin for both... but if this were a romantic reading, then this would have a very different meaning"

She did ask specifically if it were a romantic reading so I choose to believe they would be far better off romantically after Noa's negativity gets worked on.

Nice fortune telling outfit.

If you make it too intense it starts to feel like work.

She's perceptive enough to know where they're at. But fortune tellers in mangas are always correct.

Exhibit B.

Random piece of knowledge no one has any business of knowing. Exhibit C.

Don't need a fortune teller for that. Still, exhibit D.

He's so convincing when he denies her.

My impression is that he likes being dragged along for the ride. Sure, it takes a lot of energy, but he thinks it's worth it.
He definitely likes spending time with her, even if she is exhausting to be around for days straight he still likes their hangouts/not-dates.
Earlier on he thinks to himself that its quite enjoyable talking about their hobbies together when she binge reads a manga he recommended.

I really like how it starts off with them talking about the day they DIDNT hang out on. Basically adding to the pile of evidence thar Rihito can and does say no to her when it does actually get uncomfortable for him

That fortune teller told them everything but just fucking date already. Just doing what she was asked so props for the professionalism.

It really does seem like this is the most obvious case of just date already but that lingering feeling in the back of my head when I remember how Noa was treating my man's here when asking for space or just straight flipping out .

Then I remember this is a manga so my boi is gonna keep getting his energy sucked out. Hopefully later he'll at least get something else sucked who knows.

Thanks for the chapter.

Y'know. . . The more I read this series, the more I'm amazed how well Rihito can put up with her. To me, Rihito seems to be the guy who needs to recharge after some social interactions, which sometimes he stated he just wanna stay home alone.

I believe he already does. But as I remember, everytime he does, Noa denies it off or breaks down. Remember when Rihito stated that she's too close to his personal space? Even in this chapter, when he stated he needs a buffer day, she denied it which is not cool. So it's kinda a pickle y'know . . . If he express it more, then Noa will breaks down more often ://

But well, it seems Rihito is pretty much chill almost all the time anyway~

As always, Thank you for the sl!
more like rihito is not aware he's starting to have feelings for Noa so first he needs to realize that before we can move into the romance arc

What Noa needs is not advice to 'love herself' but a prescription for antidepressants.

She has anxiety (my wife has the exact same thing). And without medication, one stray thought can send her spiraling into a dark place.

Even with medication, she sometimes needs affirmation from an external source.
There's nothing odd about it - that's just the reality of being in a relationship with somebody who has anxiety.
