It's possible. It could either go two ways probably. She realizes she's expecting too much from friendships. She learns to have healthy friendships and learns to respect boundaries. Or at least tries too.

Generally, it discourages people from delivering higher quality scanlations that take longer time. Snipers are also less likely to keep scanlating a manga on a consistent basis. This can lead to mangas getting overall lower quality scanlations and more frequently dropped. Though there are lots of opinions why, how, and if that's even true.
