Yeah Noa is never going to become healthy, from the beginning of their relationship, spanning 60 or so chapters, the only thing that changed is that she stopped crying. I think the biggest loss for me is that we now almost never see Noa in her WORK MODE which made her seem like an at least decently relatable character, now she is just crybaby, "I can fix her," goon bait; even if it the manga was to suddenly to become better, it'd never excuse the absolute nonsense we've gone through reading.
