@m-i-m-o I think they were aware that they're under hypnosis but the only the daughter wasn't conscious of real humans(parts) being used in the meals. I'd like to think that Noah and her father has the special ability to enter parallel worlds, I say special power b/c other ppl like the clown, the siblings and the family were only able to experience the forest through a medium to the extent that the hypnosis is active. I'd also assume that the two worlds shown - forest and old London - are from Noah/father's memories which is y they could visit it at will.
