this is really good one. if you want good story this is one. length also might be just right. read it if you want quick "against the fate" story with good ending.

not bad, i think this is the first "reborn as villainess" i see with the villainess is still... villainess, most of them just have ton of time to prepare or just "misunderstood villain" type
Now i want to see one reborn as main heroine but try to ignore all the flag because it is tiring.

it´s not exactly that, but if it´s from the POV of the heroine, two stories come to mind: "I´m in love with the Villainess" if you like yuri, or "Hero? Saint? No, i´m an all works maid" if you wand the FMC to go off track completely.

the differences between a reincarnator who only focused on the story for all attention to herself, with another reincarnator who not only aware of the story and aware of her surroundings also aware of real cause-effect of every actions.

it certainly is an interesting premise. Now i just wonder if there is a story out there, where the reincarnator is not familiar with the original work and has to navigate things by instinct and other worldly knowledge alone.

There are at least a couple I remember.

One is Akuyaku Reijou Tensei Ojisan.
Very comedic tone, the MC is a rather old man reincarnated as an otome game villainess. He doesn't have knowledge of this game in particular, but he does have general knowledge about games and the common associated tropes.

You quoted the other one yourself just on the previous post. The "all works maid" MC was similarly reincarnated without knowledge of the work she fell into. And she broke the whole planned storyline that two other reincarnators expected to exploit. (Though they had good intentions: no antagonist reincarnator there for a change.)

I think there were at least a couple more but I don't remember them well enough to source them.

I know it’s 3 years late now and you’ve might already read this manga, but highly recommend “The Villainess Within” if you liked this one.

Personally, I don’t really understand why this series is so popular. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not terrible by any means, but it’s basically the definition of mediocre...

The story is as generic as it gets. The romance with the guy at the end feels completely bland, and the villain is barely even a character. She feels more like a plot event than someone who actually interacts with or influences the story.

I do like the premise of everything taking place within 24 hours, but the story never really makes you feel that urgency. This becomes even more obvious once the king and queen decide to side with her.

The ending also has some really unnecessary elements. The whole thing where she deliberately gets the woman abused just to prevent the man from participating in the final event felt unnecessary. The same goes for the creepy teacher subplot. The problem is that the story never really explains why either of them would have made a difference in the first place. From what we’re shown, they probably wouldn’t have.

What disappoints me the most is the lack of payoff. A lot of villainess stories build toward the villains being exposed and finally getting what they deserve, and this series seems to be setting up something similar, only to barely do anything with it. As a result, the ending feels much less satisfying than it could have been.

There are so many villainess stories where the protagonist is genuinely interesting, the villainess is actually well-written, or the romance and plot are good enough to justify the hype. Here, though, it feels like people are satisfied with very little.

Overall, it’s not a bad series, but it ultimately settles for being painfully average.
