Chapter 22 (Part 1) came out in COMIC Ananga Ranga Vol. 51 (released 2019-09-07) and Chapter 22 (Part 2) came out in COMIC Ananga Ranga Vol. 56 (released 2020-02-01). Both parts contained 12 pages making the combined chapter 22 a total of 24 pages of content.
Also, on another site that the translator directly uploads chapters to they said the below back in November:

I don't want everyone to only get "half " the chapter done, so I'm waiting for "part 2" so that it won't leave everybody hanging on a single chapter.

It's fine for me. If you're still having issues check that you have MangaDex set to show Hentai chapters (the setting isn't account wide so if you enable Hentai on your desktop you still need to enable Hentai on your phone).
