Description:
The Followings update page is behaving badly again. Its showing a very limited amount of updates on the first page, and second page, and then shows more like what it should on the third page. It is also getting the updates out of order, or not showing them correctly. This is at least happening on both chrome and Firefox.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in and go click on the updates link below follows.
2. Stare in confusion at results as it only shows one or two updates.
3. Continue to the next page and stare in confusion as the results change, but don't. Finally get to the third page and scratch your head in wonder as you try and figure out how the database has messed that up.

Environment Details:
First page has 2 manga showing updates.
Second page has only one manga, it is the second one from page one.
Third page is more like what I would expect to see on page one, but there is now a manga that shows it was updated after the one that was shown on the first and second page. Yet it did not show up on either page.

- Operating System: Windows 11. Don't think this matters as this is probably a back end issue.
- Device pc
