notifications don't work

I have several works on bookmark, but I noticed that when some works are updated, the manga in question does not go to the first positions, as if it had not been updated.

I left updates for all languages and the bell is active.

Is it a website issue or do I need to configure something?

If you're talking about the Library, the sorting is basically random and not based on the most recent update.
But the Updates feed is - https://mangadex.org/titles/feed
