I agree that the other guy is likely to get the hero's sword (as a way to basically pass down the title of hero to him, rather than just reprising it after a reincarnation), but it's worth mentioning that the whole "everyone having issues trusting someone who dual wields both" probably wouldn't be a problem.Dual-wielding the hero sword and the demon lord sword would be badass, but I think the humans and monsters alike would have trouble trusting someone with both qualifications. More likely, Rama will just wield the demon lord sword, and the hero sword will accept Rama's friend, and thus we'll have a hero the humans can accept and a demon lord that the monsters can accept, and together they'll be able to negotiate a peace that won't seem too biased toward either side.
or just, yknow, marry gebosthey can both be representation of demon and human then married with each other to make a bridge of peace between human and demon race yay
Yeah I'm actually hoping the vampire survived too. 1. cause he is kind of a fun character, his plans arent the most brilliantly deceptive manuevers but they arent braindead stupid either. Like him meeting the mc was just bad luck and a tiny bit of bad recon. His second plan was a bit more solid. 2. I give massive props to someone willing to fight through the pain for the objective. One of the few traits that made deku endearing. Determination on deck.A shame that probably killed the vampire. I was looking forward to his mind collapsing as he struggles to comprehend that the person he's been trying to kill is more qualified to become the next demon lord.

Well yeah. She's closer to an oni then an Ogre. They tend to use Japanese style weapons. Plus in this lifetime it's the weapon she is most familiar with. I mean we kind of all saw that coming when they said the weapon can change form.of course it becomes Katana, seen it lightyears away
Doesn't Iook like a katana, does it? That's the same hilt and guard as her previous sword that just broke.of course it becomes Katana, seen it lightyears away

She has her memories of her past life, where she fought with a sword, and my guess is that it is just that ingrained into her to use a sword.Ogres are strong though so I don't know why she didn't think to just go punch him when the magic failed to stop him and instead considered taking the time to pick up a sword that would burn her (which might make her flinch or cause poor aim) and also looked too big for her to stop him. So yeah, even with all that setup it still seems contrived and I don't think she should have picked up the sword.
