Novel translations allowed?

Hello!

I was wondering, is it allowed to upload webnovel translations (unlicensed, probly never gonna get a license).
I would put it into webtoon format as jpeg and upload it like a chapter?

Could publish it somewhere else, I know, but there are also some pictures in it and it would be easier to have the main story (webtoon) and the side story (novel) on one platform

Heh, what is better and what is not? Is this a contest?
I simply posted a novel that was already on MD before, and an actual long novel.

Both examples are fine and showcase prior precedents. Having more examples only helps.
I do wonder, however, whether or not that Saint Seiya novel got lucky and evaded the mods.
