My take, at least from some of the earlier chapters, is that she's aware that she's teasing him and is enjoying indulging in the romcom cliches.

But there's definitely a bit lot of false bravado, and she gets flustered when her teasing triggers an honest response from the ML. Like when he was the first to call her name, or when he took her up on the offer to kiss her.
