MC wouldn't allow another rape? Nah, MC would most likely not even know until it's too late. He didn't really care for the childhood friend. He never really tried to explain about what actually happened nor to provide any emotional support. She was raped, for god's sake, and he just let her suffer alone after the initial rejection.
