Theyre finally tackling the childhood friend situation
apparently MC repressed his memories of seeing Azusa Get Raped etc the cell phone text stuff
he was made aware again by the demon
his current GF was supposed to free the Friend but when they got there the friend was taken away already

so if im understanding everything, after this chapter we’re at the point where
1) Sister loses her brother cuz of Rape
2) MC got his ego crushed & lost his childhood friend
3) the Demon is mad cuz her plans were foiled
4) The Female teacher who didnt help at the beginning was the True Pimp behind the blackmailing & the bully was her lacky/scapegoat
5) potentially there’s another demon Opposing our MC
6) Azusa is STILL BEING PASSED AROUND After finding out her one love (MC) was seeing another Girl instead of trying to help her escape from getting Railed Piston Pump Style by blackmailers.
7) Azusa is mind crushed cuz the GF she saw plaing tonsil hockey with MC was the Sister of her Forced Meat Stick Rapist

No, Asmodeus placed a mental block on the MC to stop him from thinking about what might be happening to Azusa, so he wouldn’t interfere with her plan. She lifted the block once her plan was already in its final stages.

Mitsuru and Toshi made a deal to trade Azusa for Imai. Up until that point, she hadn’t been passed around; only Mitsuru had been raping her. Because of the block, the MC believed Azusa was secluded in her room and couldn’t conceive that Mitsuru was still raping her.

The guy who took Azusa tries to show some caring to Azusa, like if he is trying to help her, he even lets her take a bath to clean herself. Of course that's just him manipulating her.

Sakuraba and Asmodeus are with the police since the last events, and after they are alone, Asmodeus is pretty angry (I don't really know much of what she is saying, but I do see the kanjis for akuma (demon), so I'm assuming the idea of another potential demon joining the story could be the meaning here)

Regarding the girl that took Azusa's place, she got pretty much kidnapped and raped by the guy who has Azusa now (for some reasons, his, the teacher's, and the kidnapper's faces have emojis censoring them (plus their R18 parts).
This is essentially a flashback, as Asmodeus is reading her memories, so I guess the censors are the other demon's powers to ensure no relevant information can be found by another demon.

Sakuraba goes to visit Azusa through her mother, but Azusa refuses (as usual) to meet him.

And finally we see the previous 2 detectives who were tailing Sakuraba before meeting with rapist guy who got taken away by the police, so I guess they will be the ones to interrogate him.
