The police definitely know it's him now but they have no way to catch him in the act since he can teleport. But then again this ML is stupid enough to allow them to catch him even with a power up, LOL. He DOES think he's super clever leaving a letter that only confuses the situation for the ignorant masses. The police at least also have pretty good instincts but too bad they only have a circumstantial case atm.
