I liked it at first but like the last chapter just gave me feeling of non-fulfillment the redemption of the girls imo shouldn't have happened they shoulda suffered just like he did

-We don't actually know what the Nanako girl did to MC.
-All of the girls never actually reveal and clear up misunderstandings about MC to everyone, therefore, most people still probably think that MC really did all of that. But to be fair, FMC misunderstandings were never explained/ cleared up too either. Also both of them don't even care about the rumours anymore so it doesn't matter that much but it kinda leaves the readers feeling unsatisfactory.

But hey, at least MC and FMC had a happy ending.

If the girls had to be redeemed, they had to at least clear up their misunderstandings of MC and rumours. Especially the girl who accused him of SA. I will not accept redemption for any of the girls if they can't even do the bare minimum. MC should have just continued ignoring them. No need to acknowledge them like that, if they truly wanted him to forgive them, they should have met him halfway. Not that that's the point of the story I guess. The story is more about moving on and finding people you can get along with I guess.

First off, I'll say I absolutely hate snipers, especially spoiler snipers like this one.

Completely unrelated to the manga, and this thread seemed like the best place to do it: Has this version of the chapter been updated at any point??

I see a lot of people and the other translator trashing on this version for being garbage to read, so I expected this version to be something on par with the JJBA Duwang TL.
But that's not the impression I had at any point of viewing. The typesetting is more my style, so I'm biased, but translation quality wise I can't tell too much of a difference between the two versions in flow (save for a number of clear mistranslations like the kusamochi like/dislike, can't comment on the accuracy since I don't have the raws). And the version from the other translator I'm reading is said by himself to be an IMPROVED version, so by all accounts the original TL might have been worse. It's so confusing.

Only reason I could think of for this is that somehow this chapter has been updated after the snipe to be replaced with a mostly functional version.
