I assume she saw the GPS being thrown out but not the exact changing room because she was side on to the curtain. Thus couldn't tell exactly which one was the correct one.
Additionally, she used the shoes (something that was the most reliable piece of evidence as the GPS was removed) to determine their location which made it easier to trick her.
