This gives some serious "Child planning and trying their best while playing pretend/chasing their dream" vibes.
Kinda of, the signs make it clear it's a parody of the short horror story "The Restaurant of Many Orders", a japanese version of "how to serve man". (Granted the The Restaurant Of Many Orders came first)
To sum it up:
Two hunters lost in the woods without their guide find a western restaurant called Wildcat House in the middle of the woods. They go inside because they are hungry after a failed hunt because their dogs died from exhaustion. Inside the restaurant there many signs giving instructions, including one that says "This is a restaurant with many orders. Please be patient." which the hunters assume that this restaurant is rather busy. They follow instructions, such as leaving their weapons behind, clothing, rubbing themselves with a cream and salt. Eventually they realize the many orders was a double entendre and meant not meal orders but instructions, which are for the purpose of the owners of the restaurant to eat the guests. While the hunters lament their fate their 'dead' dogs come and save their asses then the restaurant disappears. The guide finally finds them and the hunters go back to tokyo scared stiff.
