I think he's just referring to the credits page, which says "there's only 15 raw chapters" but it's not actually talking about this manga (it's talking about tsuihou boukensha/outcast adventurer), but if it was that'd imply we were caught up to the raws now.

But it might be good to change the credits page anyway to avoid confusion, since I imagine most people who wanna know the status of that manga would be looking at its own credits page (even if you leave the notice about joining the discord to vote for different manga).
