It's like Yamaoka said, at the very least it's reputation issue. If someone died while training at the Gourmet Club, even if they did it to themselves, it'll still damage the club. The apprentices like Ryozo and the girl all live there while they train, so the club probably has more responsibility to their apprentices than regular internship.
