Being a person that lived surrounded by a lot of soybeans in my daily life, I really liked Miso a lot.
For marinated egg yolk I prefer soy sauce though. You add soy sauce, sugar, ginger, roasted garlic, and roasted onion, put the egg yolks into the marinated mix and wait for a day or two. It's heavenly
