Honestly, if I had to read into the scene, it looks more like she's waiting for the message spam to end before she can go back. If I had to read even further into things, I'd say she's not lying about the part-time job thing, and this is her manager. Since he's her boss, she can't block him, and since he's her boss, he's abusing that fact to make passes at her.

Presumably for me, it was one of her friends if we follow what I was saying earlier because the person asked her if it's still the same with her husband. To be honest, once again I don't deny the theory of Chika cheating, but for someone cheating on her husband, she seems remarkably unhappy to go see her lover. This makes a lot of sense. It’s not hard to imagine that she had a brief affair, broke it off, and now the guy is desperate to get it going again… maybe to the extent of threatening to expose her infidelity to her husband?
