I think the plot is both the daughter and mother get twisted mind by the bio father . With the title welcome , papa imply the bio father come back through the birth of the new son. That why they target old men not married who want a family. Basicly a cult to this point but let the athur cook

I can now write a somewhat crackpot theory...
The MC looks like or might be a distant relative to her real dad. There must be something that makes him special and up-to the "task" they need him for.
Their plan is to have him impregnate the daughter, and hopefully have a boy, then name him the same as the person they lost. Then they can just groom that boy to become similar to how her father was. In a twisted way, this would be how they can bring him back to "life".
They don't really love the MC, they just love what he represents. He is her "ideal" papa in everything except blood.
EDIT: Everyone thought of the same thing so I guess it isn't as crazy of a theory as I thought.
If the theory is correct, then this manga can go two routes:
dark route: they achieved their objective, have a happy ending, while the MC is disposed of or mindbroken. There is a chance the daughter gets pregnant with a girl instead, and so they decide to keep him until they finally get a son.
happy? route: The MC manages to become his own person in their eyes, instead of just this temporary stand-in for "papa". He convinces them to move on from their past, and they live happily ever after...but of course the daughter would still get pregnant with his seed because why the fuck not. She can now have two papas for the price of one.
