That whole conversation between them would've been so sweet of this had been a regular story. A middle aged couple discussing having their first child and worrying about the risks that's something you basically never see in manga a shame this isn't that type of story.

if the manga drops the bombshell it is as messed up as it has been pretending all this time wth the tension, they are gonna manipulate and brainwash him into that with Touko.

but i dunno. manga seems a lot more tame than it tries to insinuate so far, I think its the IVF route.
