You mean Takako? Oh well, it is what it is. She's not the main girl, it's the rule (though some ending do deviate from the premise). Also even if she did get what she deserved, it'd feel out of character for MC and defeat the whole point/purpose of the manga (why Midori even turns into his hand), and ending it open wouldn't be satisfactory for both sides.
That manga always reminds me of Parasyte which in turn reminds me of Devilman
