The main factor being the probability of producing a heir.

Panamera maybe attractive, but she is at least almost 30. Even if she find a husband now, she realistically only be able give birth to 2 kids at best, not enough for normal noble house.
Also being high up in the martial profession as a woman make it harder for her to find suitors too. As she is unlikely to retire after marriage and the suitor is unlikely to compromise with her having a high risk profession.
