If experience serves me right, sensei is going to end up with glasses girl since she is the first girl we are introduced to and has a special relationship with no matter how in love he says he is with another girl or how high his moral values are. It is obvious the f sensei is going to say yes to the student that confessed to her since she has never really faught against the student girls for senseis attention, sadly sensei is going to end up heart broken but that and having f sensei tell him that she will be dating that student will make him think more seriously about the girls even though he already knows who he wants to date (hehehehe teach, I know you already know this so don't go trying to say you don't know that you want to be with glasses.)

So - in one of the larger panels Koyuki tucks her hair behind her ear while at the same time saying how happy she was that it was just the 2 of them (that being unconsious body language of opening up the face to make a better/favourable impression). I suspect that she is going to tell him that she rejected the student and that she wants to say thank you for the advice given. At which point the trio of girls burst into the room just as Kunihiko is about to say something and gets denied.

Then again if she actually accepted and promised to wait for that student to graduate, after said advice, when she already turn him down before it could be the most hilarious outcome. I guess glasses girl will be unrivalled anyway.
