The reason this works as both a hentai and an ecchi spinoff is because the characters always stay more or less wholesome so there’s no tonal whiplash between the two. Many mangaka who try to make the transition flub it because they take a very unwholesome hentai and try to repackage it as a wholesome eechi, but the original colors the spin-off too much.

I do love this series, both the hentai and wholesome manga versions. It just works without any bs drama tropes in the wholesome version, and the fact the hentai version is canon to the wholesome version makes the hentai version even better.

Enjoy, I just really enjoy amazing gyaru based hentai like manno's iribitari gal (which I did a Chapter 4 EN TL for 3 weeks ago) and nori5rou's imaizumi series. I don't mind translating them as passion projects.

They are tiring though, I had to redraw some details of the characters every now and then because since nori5rou uses clear text bubbles, the JP text overlaps with the character design in the background, so they get tampered with when I have to erase/blur the JP text to add in the EN TL texts.

Tiring process, I tell you.
