Simply turn off the data saver feature.

I've tried to turning it off and on, but it seems that the problem is not on our end, but on the server; i.e the botched pages are already stored as the data saver version. Probably they do the compression on chapter submission, not on-the-fly request, to lighten the load.

Ah, it was turned off...Looks like turning it on and off doesn't help either. What to do?!

Looks like the problem is with files themselves. Downloaded them and opened in PS, they look fine there, but corrupted in browser and windows photo viewer.
@Sisig can you resave and reupload pages 1 and 4?
