Still can be used multiple ways. The normal way, and a sarcastic-ish way of implying you've been doing something for too long. Such as "you still wet the bed?" or "you're still a virgin?" for instance. The way it's used here kinda implies MC's been doing something for longer than he should have, and he retorts that it just started.
That said, a lot of that relies on tone, which is of course completely lacking in a comic.

Ah so it was sarcasm. Thanks for pointing it out. I couldn't really feel it because of the guy's straight face and maybe the script too? Also the second failsafe I look at for signs of sarcasm is emphasizing them in italics which wasn't the case here.

Ah you're probably right. I thought Saki was the guy's family name and his given name was Tanaka, but that makes more sense

I see our translator here also confirmed it's the girl's name. Also I think Tanaka is almost always a family name, since it's one of the most common surnames in Japan (I can thank Tanaka-kun wa Itsumo Kedaruge for the first manga to teach me that trivia).

Obligatory reminder message to everyone about the pitfalls of cursed wasei-eigo loanwords. If the author used the word ビッチ "bitch" in the raws on page 1, he most likely meant "sluts" rather than "bitches" as it would be in straight English. This is a common enough occurrence among hobby translators so I do like to point it out. Yeah, his buddy was saying his gf, or perhaps his soon-to-be-ex, is a promiscuous floozie sleeping around behind his back.
