Yeah, there was a guy once, but he got the shit beat out of him for it.

The thing about turning people into cyborgs is pretty fucked up. Also, it's strange that Suiryu would use the suit, it shows he's way lazier than the Murata version.

Don't know if Garou lost some of his powers, but he not only survived Saitama's punches but also managed to avoid them to some extent. Those guys are toast.
