I don't know what's real in here. In the manga, Tatsumaki hadn't fought the other Cadres at all except Gyoro-Gyoro. After Gyoro-Gyoro, she was fighting Psychos alone, and after Psychos emerged with the cells of Orochi. Then Tatsumaki lift everyone to the surface including the monster's basement. But in here all other Cadres are attacking Tatsumaki which hasn't happened at all in the manga. And here it looks like Tatsumaki already lifted the base to the surface without Psychos emerging first with Orochi. Also Genos did not fought Rover underground because he remained at Saitama's appartment the whole time to wait for him (this is all what I read in the manga)

Did the manga changes some details? I thought the manga are based in here (webcomic)

This is my first time reading the webcomic of OPM actually that's why I'm confused at the scenes

The manga is indeed based off the webcomic, though there are changes made by Murata and ONE, as you described. The way I take it is that the web comic is the first draft by ONE, and changes in the manga by Murata are the final draft of the story. I'm also pretty sure that Murata works with ONE whenever there are distinct changes. So unless it is overwritten by the manga, the events in the web comic compose the story of OPM.
