I feel like Garou thinking is understandable. It might not be so easy to understand for the American though. They lived their whole life in a bubble. Not understanding or knowing much about people of the world and other countries.

I understand garou but he's literally just tryna become a tyranical god. Saitama isnt the shining example of a hero but he does have qualities that make him a role model for everyone.
