Nah. Both Momo and Midori are just being nice to someone they loved, and parted from without rancor (he was a bit too nice, if you ask me, but hey, he do he).
I mean if a relationhsip is good, it's not just physical, so there would be a basis for friendship regardless (but of course that can be tricky, with the way things ended). So they wouldn't be hostile towards one another - they LIKE (not the Japanese weirdness) one another.
