Lowkey, Minji's a pretty good leader here. She's kind of mean, sure, but she's to the point and decisive, upfront and blunt about where people are lacking, pays close attention to her crewmates, and seems to understand everybody's strengths and weaknesses that they need to shore up, and unlike some of the others, doesn't want to hog the spotlight and is trying to make sure everybody plays their part well.
