had to check the genre twice. first time right after seeing kaneki, at that time two thoughts crossed my mind.

1. please don't tell me that this "prince charming" will see through the mc and say he's not an oni or something and mc gets attracted to or interested in him leading to a bl since as was shown the girls ran away from the mc right away.

2. he's the mc's friend and he hangs out with him often or something, like you know in mangas when there's an mc who wrecks people left and right and usually isn't that smart and seen by others as a barbarian, monster...etc and has a good looking male friend who sees him in a different way.
so yeah, had to check if there's a yaoi or not before I continue.

2nd time is after a real oni appeared, I was like wtf? was there a supernaturalor fantasy tag in the genre or something? but that's making the manga more interesting anyway so idrc.

so now since there are real onis anyone here thinking the same as me? that one of the MC's ancestors was an oni "maybe one of the royal family or something and ran to human world either because of falling in love with a human or losing power in the oni's realm/world or whatever it is leading him/her to be banished" and that the mc has oni blood and powers within him which will be revealed later? but well... there's also the chance that the oni's are not worth their salt and that the mc beats them like he does to humans.
