By book version, do you mean the individual volumes? If so, only one volume has been released so far, and it contains chapters 1-6. Only digital versions exist, and here are a few links where you can buy them:

There hasn't been an announcement of volume 2 yet, but I'm assuming it'll have chapters 7-12.
