"Slipping off one's panties", or maybe "Rolling down one's panties" are the only ways I can think of to modify it to account for that, but neither really sound close enough to the normal idiom for most people to catch it.English has an idiom that's not entirely dissimilar: "rolling up one's sleeves", meaning "get ready to do some work". Not sure how you'd modify that to refer to taking off panties...
