That wasn't my intention at all.

I wasn't trying to snipe the series or compete with Daily Multivitamin. I translated it because I do this for fun. I had already translated the chapter into Vietnamese, so making an English version was just something I decided to do as well.

If people would rather wait for Daily Multivitamin's releases, that's completely fine. I'll stop translating the anthology into English and just stick to Vietnamese.

I'll also admit that part of this was on me. I wasn't familiar with the etiquette around scanlations on MangaDex, so I didn't realize this could be seen as sniping.

I appreciate your candor. It's enough for me to know that the situation has been given appropriate consideration, and that we're all on the same page of just wanting to enjoy a fun series.

Honestly, given that I'm the only one who has really voiced this opinion to any significant degree, I wouldn't take that as consensus, and I'm willing to take a step back here and refrain from commenting further on the matter. In the end I only desire that multivitamin don't get discouraged from continuing their fine work on this series now that there's a second set of hands working on it.

I'll admit I was very confused when I saw these earlier in the week, but I was already thinking I needed to up the pace some more since they just dropped two volumes back to back. I do understand wanting to help in the translation effort for fun.

Glad it wasn't an intentional snipe and just unfamiliarity with these sorts of things. I don't like dealing much with manga translation "politics" myself so I'm happy to avoid the headache there. Personally I'd appreciate avoiding potential confusion with multiple releases (as shown by some posts on the previous chapter) but it's up to you in the end if you wish to continue or not.
