How did mere guild leaders lift the cooperation penalty, again?
The said that the coop-penalty has been lifted even before the emergency quest appears, so that means they, as mere players, have some method to bypass said penalty.
Isn't any method they used to accomplish that would make the cooperation penalty obsolete in the first place?

@Kyujyu They should've communicated better with the GM then what's with the initial chaos from GM's mob unintentionally destroying the insect's repellent line meant to restrict the insect's mob movement.
...if that's the GM's way to troll the players, then that'd makes a very bad PR.

It could also be an automatic event that was unintentionally triggered. "X number of mobs spawning within town causes a [Town Assault] event". Wouldn't be too surprising, anyway.
