Since this is the first day he come to another world and be another person, it's kind of scary, if you read from first chapter to now, how he slowly losing "himself", even his basic interest, to "herself".

And also interesting to see.

I kind of like the feeling of him truly losing his sense of self and memories, like I feel this is what missing in the isekai tensei manga(while it's not technically tensei)-- slowly losing your past self and grown into the new one that fit your new body age (and gender).

Like, some isekai tensei manga just can't decide between making the mc act as his body age or his past self age, and become mixed bag.

In real word case, most keep the habits, likes and dislikes\ ingrained things in general, but those also mixed with new life experienced as well so it will be a bit different for better or worst in due time...
