I get that it fits the genre, but my point isn’t that it’s surprising; it’s that it feels like a bit too much. Seeing the yogurt in her mouth feels more pornographic than erotica.

i feel like the line between pornographic and erotica is a bit blurry so its hard to say how much exactly is too much but compared to some other "erotica" it still seems mostly okay

The way things are tagged on mdex is kind of straightforward, pornographic is basically just the hentai where you see all action be it censored or uncensored and then you have all other lesser stuff with erotica, suggestive etc. I made a post on ch13 with the screenshot that explains roughly thoose tags, its also why the manga is currently locked for editing because someone kept changing it to pornographic and i had to report it to the mods to stop it.

Yeh it can be a matter of how some people see the lewd stuff or maybe different websites have it tagged differently, but either way this is how it is on mdex so you either avoid it or get mentally prepared that when a manga has such tag what sort of things you might see. I mean i get from where some ppl are coming as this manga is literally walking on the line but according to mdex guidelines this will be a erotica unless if the mangaka changes their mind down the road and goes all in

It's not about the point of the scenes, but the way they are depicted.
No open shots of unaltered(regular censorship doesn't count) dick/pussy/coitus - not porno.
Some manga goes around that by showing dicks as something else: banana, miniML and what not, but that's still ero, not porno.
