Why are they obsessed with creating super hot mature female characters just to put them into fucking shota harem mangas?

This just pisses me off because in every more "mature" manga (where the character is not 6 years old and there's a more serious plot) there is literally just girl characters that look like they're max 14 years old with big boobs OR lolis. You'd never find more mature looking women characters in those mangas. It's fucking insane.
