Look, there isn't a perfect label for "girl who's attracted to a crossdressing boy she thinks is just a boyish girl," and that's fine. I know people are tripping over themselves to make all kinds of labels nowadays, but we don't really need one for this extremely specific (probably) fiction only scenario. If anything, the correct label might be "victim of fraud."

Since being a lesbian means a girl who likes other girls, we can't really say one way or the other if she's a lesbian by this point, since we only know she likes one girl in particular. It could be, and seems likely, that Itsuki is the only "girl" she has the types of feelings for since she seems to be reacting to Itsuki's male aspects and doesn't react the same way when she's close with other girls. To be precise, by this point in the story we can only definitely say she's Itsuki-in-girl-mode sexual
