I didn't bother translating that whole thing because it's just senseless effort but that's basically the material he prepared for her tutoring sessions, that's ON TOP of the other School stuff he has to do for himself.

It's a classic first girl always wins trope. It doesn't make any sense for her to win after she rejected the real dude in favor of his tutor persona. She is literally in love with a person that doesn't exist. An act. Deep down she is probably hopping for that persona will be how MC is gonna turn out in the future so she is fine with it now. He rejected her as the tutor because he knew she was in love with a fake persona. She rejected him because she literally didn't think of him romantically. They are not the same and MC suddenly being ok with it now that she knows is pretty weird. But can't expect much from shounen romcom writing i guess.
