OP manhua/wc/manga/manhwa recommendations

Self explanatory title, I've read a load and load of these types and I'm a sucker for it. Can't find any new good ones : ( so I'm here. Nothing too particular, anything that falls in the range of Reincarnation/Iskeai /weak->op/ or even those types where It's not even action but rather a calm plot like starting a town or smth.

Would like colored but b/w is fine too I suppose, as long as it falls under the above mentioned category, Thank you!
